VILLAGE OF WARWICK – Yesterdays, on Wednesday, won a state appeals court case to relocate to 16 Elm St. from the Irish bar and restaurant's long-time 29 Main St. location in the Village of Warwick. A four-judge panel of the Appellate Division, Second Department of the state Supreme Court, ruled unanimously on technical grounds in favor of the 35-year-old business.
