Formal charges have been filed following a two-vehicle accident in West Plains Feb. 25 that left two people in critical condition. The West Plains Daily Quill reports 36-year-old Daniel French has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of driving while intoxicated, persistent offender, all felonies.
