Ann Bukacek's election to the Public Service Commission keeps the board all-Republican.
Montana Republicans had a very solid night during the 2022 Elections, winning a supermajority for the Legislature and keeping in the Public Service Commission in all GOP control.
Unofficial election results show Ann Bukacek received 56% of votes over Democrat John Repke, who received 43%. As of 6 p.m. Wednesday about 85% of votes have been counted.
Democrat John Repke was ahead early in the state utility commission race to represent Lewis and Clark County and the greater Flathead Area.
Most races, except for a constitutional amendment to add digital privacy, are too close to call in Montana as the end of Election Day approached.
