Jonathan Sutherland Charged After Firing Stray Bullet Into Patton Township Condo
Penn State football safety Jonathan Sutherland was charged Friday after allegedly firing a bullet that wound up inside a nearby Patton Township condo. Sutherland faces one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and one count of disorderly conduct. His preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday, August 4.
