Shops at Gateway in Prescott among four retail properties acquired by DLC
A joint venture between DLC, one of the country’s largest private owners, operators and managers of open-air retail, along with money managed by DRA Advisors, have acquired four major open-air shopping centers, with an institutional investment partner as part of a $100 million deal, including the Shops at Gateway in Prescott.
