COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Sturgis man was ordered to serve between two and five years in the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after he entered a no contest plea to an amended charge of attempted second degree criminal sexual conduct. 46-year-old Jonathan Zuck was given credit for 306 days already served. He entered the plea as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
