Neyden tavares was hit. I look over and there is a baby in the street. John the baby lay motionless in the street. His parents rushing to his side. They ran back and the dead coming in, i do not know if it was the dad, one of the guys who picked up the baby. I saw him moving, i shaky. John the driver was clearly distraught standing in the road, helpless. He had his hand on his head shaking. He was looking at the baby. What could he really do at that point .
