Police say the investigation began last week when a student at Dunbar Senior High School in northwest told the School Resource officer he was the victim of an active sex abuse that happened in the fall of 2013 and that the person who abused him was 34yearold Charles Allen young, who worked as the Schools CommunityDevelopment Director and helped with the track team.
