Allegations. Reporter d. C. Police say the investigation began last week when a student at Dunbar Senior High School in northwest told the School Resource officer he was the victim of an active sex abuse that happened in the fall of 2013 and that the person who abused him was 34yearold Charles Allen young, who worked as the Schools Community Development Director and helped with the track team. During our investigation we obtained an arrest warrant yesterday afternoon for mr. Young, charging him with one count of firstdegree sex abuse of a child. Reporter police say a young man had been reluctant to come forward but something had happened to change his mind. He heard that there may have been subsequent victims and he felt an obligation to come forward and he did approach one of the sors at the school.
