We begin tonight with an unfolding tragedy in south america in colombia where there is a state of emergency after an avalanche of water swept through a city killing more than 150 people and leaving hundreds missing. The flood triggered by heavy rain that caused three rivers to overflow their banks. It happened near the boarder with ecuador.
