Cnn newsroom. Tropical storm isaias just shy of hurricane strength is already being felt as it approaches south floridas east coast right now. It is a major concern in a state struggling to contain the coronavirus pandemic. Covid19 has already infected more than 480,000 people in florida and killed more than 7,000.
