McLaughlin becomes group head of financial risk at the London Stock Exchange Group, majority owner of LCH. Kate Birchall has been named head of LCH sales.  The appointments follow the hiring of Balbir Bakhshi from Deutsche Bank as LSEG’s new CRO.
