most powerful doppler radar. we are looking at showers pushing on in to carroll county. out of frederick into carroll county. we have a band of rain. something is trying to surge up the bay. a brand new image as we are watching a lot of humidity breakdown and we will see if it's ground clutter and what it looks like a fresh shower across the chesapeake. that's an odd eruption considering it was not much going on. and it looked like a chopped off image. sometimes the radar plays tricks on us. 72 in baltimore. and 70 in easton. showers and coastal flooding and threats of severe weather...
