Vytalize Health raises over $50M to advance its value-based care platform for seniors helping primary care doctors strengthen relationships
The firm, an accountable care organization that last year acquired Cleveland software/patient communication company MedPilot and maintains a 20-employee office here, said Monday, April 11, that the financing round was led by Enhanced Health Care Partners and was joined by existing investors including NorthCoast Ventures.
The Series B funding round was led by Enhanced Healthcare Partners. Hoboken, New Jersey-based Vytalize has grown its patient base 150% year-over-year and is now partnered with 280 primary care practices across 16 states, according to the company.
The company plans to use the new capital to grow its team, move into new markets and expand its scope beyond primary care.
