Their nextdoor neighbor didnt know there was a fire until fire crews took her out of her apartment last night. Cell phone video shows thick smoke billowing from a thirdfloor apartment while their mother was at a laundromat across the street. She was in the laundromat and she came running out screaming and when she saw the baby. She passed out. The mother was loaded into an ambulance while the emergency crews scrambled to resuscitate both girls. Witnesses say their bodies were lifeless.
