Beginning of this storm. you know some people handle that pressure a lot differently. some keep working. some keep trying to help the residents of our community. and some break down and lash out. so, don't really know what the county executive is talking about. >> discouraging to hear that fighting between those officials. in a tweet later in the day, poloncarz took response for the timing of the driving ban, writing in part, i do not know if it would have changed anything but it was my decision, and i bear full responsibility. we do see those awful picture of people being stuck in their cars....
