Photo: Cleveland Division of Police Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland Division of Police are looking for 13-year-old Keith McDowell. McDowell has been missing due to running away multiple times during the month of July.  He was last seen at his home on Kennard Rd. near East 40th St. on July 8, 2021, but has been seen on social media by family. His family further reports that he has been found to be in possession of car keys and may be driving.  Anyone with information is asked to please call 911 or the Cleveland Police Department at 216-621-1234.
