Elementary will get its 50year old cafeteria floor replaced. Classroom carpet will be removed, and replaced as well. And soiled ceiling covering will be going as well. Earlier today judge James Winston granted a preliminary injunction to temporarily stop the implementation of the states new education savings account. The program would allow parents to claim more than fivethousand dollars per pupil to use for qualified instate education expenses.
