And i think its really important that its coming from you all and not from the chief. Because i do think, seeing the high level of Community Outreach you do to make sure that people all across the city know how to make a complaint, and then the quality of investigators you have, to see a drop in a year from 8 sustained rate to 6 sustained rate is definitely going in the right direction.
