Children. The fbi calls it operation Cross Country x, a nationwide sweep to crackdown on child sex trafficking. Locally, weve learned 11 children between the ages of 13 and 17 were rescued or recovered in a series of coordinated raids. Three kids recovered in wauwatosa, three more in glendale, another in muk in kenosha where a 55yearold , woman is under arrest for among other things pimping out her own daughters, ages 16 and 17. Paula whittaker has a long arrest record over the years. Her latest mug shot shows her in the Kenosha County jail awaiting charges that could come as early as tomorrow for keeping a house of prostitution and trafficking of a child. A very disturbing situation for sure. A younger brother resides in the offender, so basically a bad situation altogether. Thats what we try to do, locate those situations and take care of that. Was stolen sunday night from west brown deer road east of boundary road. It takes more than just the police to solve this problem. We are back live. Police say the teens reached speeds around 90 Miles Per Hour before they crashed right here. Thankfully there werent a lot , of drivers on the road and no one got hurt. Patrick also developing tonight a stolen car crashes into an , east side milwaukee bar. The car hit jacks american pub at arlington and bradyun 230 a. M. This morning. Police were not chasing it at the time. Officers say they spotted the car 30 minutes earlier, but it sped away. The car was stolen last week on milwaukees south side. One person was arrested.
