An officerinvolved shooting in San Francisco. Get on the ground lay on the ground and this video just into the kpix 5 newsroom obtained by the chronicle is from the shooting on shotwell street. It happened out of the view of the camera but an officer can be heard ordering the suspect to get down on the ground. Police were called to the scene by a Homeless Outreach team which said the man threatened members and waving a large knife. Officers say he threatened them. Some witnesses say they didnt see that.
