Murfreesboro has a new member to the mobile food scene. Prather’s Hot Tamales started selling Delta-style tamales in December and business is blossoming this spring. “It’s unique. Nothing like the norm,” said Kevin Prather, whose wife, Tarina, perfected his mother’s recipe.   Prather’s tamales aren’t made with traditional corn masa dough and they aren’t cooked in corn husks like many Mexican shops might serve.
