Artificial money which keeps the stock market going higher. The idea was a wealth effect. What happened to it . You can only blame some of this on obama policies. The real explanation why americans are not investing in the stock market is, tom, they are traumatized b the what happened in 2008. People are reluctant to put their toes back in the water after losing 30, 40, 50 of the wealth. By the way, if you just said, people missed out on the bull market expansion.
