President just tweeting, quote, i am pleased to announce effective 4918 ambassador john bolton will be my new National Security adviser. Im thankful for service of mcmaster done outstanding job and always remain my friend. The president has privately expressed frustrations with mcmaster calling friends and other advisers to complain.
