A military transition webinar has been rescheduled and will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 24, according to a press release from the Military Officers Association of America. The virtual seminar hosted by the MOAA, its Alamo Chapter and the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce was originally set for Feb. 17, but it was rescheduled because of the impact of extreme weather and power outages.
