Take him to the baker act and stuff like that, but they arrested him. Reporter he was found incompetent in december. The judge ordered him to a Treatment Program in january. Because of a lack of facilities, hes been waiting in jail for more than three months. He shouldnt be in there with the other jail people. Thats not a real black and white decision at times. Reporter he says more citizens are needed locally and says florida ranks 49th in the nation in Mental Health spending, and Treatment Programs like his are underfunded and usually have a waiting list.
