A couple charged with child abuse. Authorities are called to a days inn where they found a couple, sleeping infant and a 5yearold girl. The girl had burn marks on her body. They found lighters, open bible and a phone playing religious music. Alison we have an update to a story we have been following all afternoon. An hour ago the 11monthold baby in the backseat of a carjacked s. U. V. In baltimore was found safe. Now police say the child was left in his car seat on a sidewalk in northeast baltimore.
