Campbell. A Security Threat had police on alert and two kaiser buildings in oakland shut down until minutes ago. Tara moriarty is live from the kaiser offices on macarthur and broadway where shes just received word from an employee inside. Tara . Reporter thats right. The offices are open. Weve seen people go in and out of them. We talked to a kaiser employee who told us that somebody robbed one of the pharmacies and phoned in a physical threat to the hospital.
