Hoping people running stop signs or drunk drivers so if you put it in that kind of sense then the net benefit to the community in the broad sense i think its more akin to putting a camera at every intersection we have a law and can go and enforce the law were putting a camera at every intersection and a rad oar dethe course. That is only for people that violates the law we dont go around and ticket everybody so the same thing that we put on all the Stores Including not the ones in violation i think the resources i dont think the Highway Patrol catches everybody but just the presence has a motorist respect the speed limit. Conducted another survey and i probably should have sent you this one but i can read it to you but its like so much information just a quick number we dont just a quick estimate. An aggregate over charge im reading the certain result that 210 thousand plus items were purchased 3 percent were over charged and it was 0. 4 percentage of the 9 hundred plus stores effected 19 had no over charges and based on only the correct prices 98 stores had over charges of less than 2 percent and 2324 stores are over charged of two to four percent and 45 stores had over charges of 4 percent of the total. This survey the buyers were charged one hundred and 43 dollars less than the correct total when over charges and under charges were included.
