That bag in just a second. The police had good reason to be concerned. It was actually wedged up against the drivers side door. The result was a call to police, and much of civic center shut down for about an hour. Look carefully at this San Francisco police car. Underneath it, propped up against the drivers side door is a bag. A leather bag. A suspicious sight, say police, especially given current events.
