A couple of lanes taken away and traffic will be moving along slowly. You can tell by the road sensors that traffic is going to be a little slow. I want to mention that westbound 24 as you come close to the tunnel is a lot of water thats running down the hill. I think its a familiar problem at this point as you go to the tunnel. This is like a little river ....
