Windsor riverfront's Legacy Beacon expected to be complete fall 2024
Construction is going well on the showcase structure for an historic refurbished streetcar on Windsor's riverfront, according to city administration. The Legacy Beacon site should be ready for the public in the fall of this year, says James Chacko, executive director of parks and facilities.
