JLL announced today that the company brokered the 70,000 s/f lease for the new digital Van Gogh experience set to open at Pier 36 on the Lower East Side next month. Charles Gerace and Alexander Riguardi represented Lighthouse Immersive Inc. in the short-term deal with property owner Pier 36/Basketball City. The digital art show has risen to blockbuster status, selling out its run in Toronto and extending its run in Chicago, and San Francisco.
