Burlington, IA- The Greater Burlington Partnership has announced that the Great River Bridge in Burlington will be lit on Monday, May 22nd. According to a news release, There will be a public celebration at the Port of Burlington starting at 7:30 PM. Musical entertainment will be provided by the SCC jazz band. A brief program will begin at 8 PM followed by the lighting. This family-friendly event will be hosted by Downtown Partners, Inc. and Burlington city officials.
