California man held for allegedly starting deadly wildfire to cover up murder

Victor Serriteno, of Vacaville, was arrested last year over the death of Priscilla Castro; her burned body was found on September 2 near Lake Berryessa
Castro had failed to return home from a date with Serriteno on August 16
Two days later, the Markley Fire erupted in the area where Castro's body was found and merged with other blazes to become the LNU Lightning Complex
