Look, this was a major moment on the senate floor, and they started this entire process yesterday at 2 30 in the afternoon. Then they had 15 hours of what is known up here as a voterama. Its a lot tougher because members are voting every 10 or 15 minutes on different amendments that folks are bringing to the floor.
