Charlotte MacLeay Charlotte Ely MacLeay passed away peacefully at the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester, Vt., on April 25, 2021, after a difficult battle with a rapidly progressing dementia. She was a caring and community-minded nurse and educator who deeply loved her family, greatly enjoyed meeting new people, and greeted everyone with a warm and engaging smile.
