What just happened . Reporter in this dash cam video, you can see the flash then hear the blast. Causing pandemonium inside and outside the venue. A lot of children was there without parents, there was no one to calm then down so everybody was just screaming and crying and pushing. When i got out, there were 30 people scattered everywhere.
