rafael bridge are back open now, after an incident that prompted a call to inspection and the coast guard. a truck was going east when the engine caught fire. the driver jumped out, and was not hurt, but the fire quickly engulfed the cab. an initially inspection by caltran shows no damage. >> the fire department was quick to get out here to put this fire out. >> the coast guard was called to check for spilled fuel from a ruptured fuel tank. the fire, as you can see, basically destroyed the cab, but the tractor's load of wine and brandy appears to be okay. the left eastbound lane is s...
