Court session that was open to the public, we learned that the defense and the das Attorneys Office cannot talk about anything related to the case because the judge has just learned that at least 5 of the jurors now and paneled have scheduling conflicts so they must work to work every once schedule and take that into consideration while they start deliberations over. The judge even ominously said if one remaining alternate is left, it very well could be asked to do join the discussion so if that happens, they have to start that over again.
