Police say krapfl was out for a morning walk last september when Helmon Betwell beat her and raped her. He was 19 at the time. After his arrest, police say betwell told them he attacked the woman because had Nothing Better charges of first degree murder, first degree sexual abuse, and burglary. He and krapfl did not know each other. A judge ruled earlier this year that betwell is not mentally competent to stand trial right now. Christopher frick is now charged with the murder of caroline ekong. Delaware Bureau Reporter tim furlong has the latest on the deadly encounter. No indication this was going to happen.
