New Delhi, March 10 : Delhi Police have arrested two more people in connection to the January 26 Red Fort violence, including a Birmingham-based Dutch national who is of Indian-origin.
While the Dutch national has been identified as Maninderjit Singh (23), the second arrested person is Delhi resident Khempreet (21) who had a policeman with a spear inside the Red Fort premises.
The two men were arrested on Tuesday night.
According to the police, Maninderjit Singh was trying to flee the country with forged documents and posing himself as Jarmanjit Singh Khabbe Rajputan from Gurdaspur, Punjab. ....

R-Day Red Fort violence: Two, including Dutch national arrested while trying to flee India 
In a fresh development in connection with the Red Fort violence on January 26, the Delhi police have arrested two more people, one of whom was trying to flee the country. Those arrested were identified as Maninderjit Singh and Khempreet Singh. With these arrests, the total number of people arrested in connection with the Red Fort violence has now reached fourteen. 
According to the details, Maninderjit Singh is a Dutch national and is settled in UK s Birmingham. He was arrested at the IGI Airport in Delhi, while he was trying to travel outside the country on forged documents. Maninderjit was involved in two criminal cases and a lookout notice was already issued against him.  ....

The Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested two more accused Maninderjit Singh, Khempreet Singh in the January 26 red Fort violence case.

New Delhi: The Delhi Police has arrested two persons Maninderjit Singh (a Dutch national settled in Birmingham, UK) and Khempreet Singh have been arrested in connection with the January 26 Red Fort violence case, the Delhi Police Crime Branch said on Monday. 
While Maninderjit is a habitual criminal and was arrested from Delhi s Indira Gandhi International airport when he was trying to flee on forged travel documents, accused Khempreet had assaulted police personnel on duty inside the walls of Red Fort with a spear, the police added.  ....
