Past year, and while isis was never able to get the open market price for the oil that it did produce, it was able to get a black market price, and the people behind the report i have been looking at the maple croft risk management consultantly they said the black market price will move in tandem with the open market price, and they have taken a hit there, and isis is not able to refine oil in the same way they used to be and it's having to sell it to other refiners and that too has taken a toll on its oil income. they are having to find income elsewhere. >> in finding other sources of income ...
