09:35 | Lima, Mar. 15. The Peruvian Executive Branch established new regulations linked to the state of national emergency against COVID-19, and they came into effect today. According to Supreme Decree No. 046-2021-PCM, these measures to be in force from March 15 to 28 include a new classification in line with the alert level related to COVID-19. In this sense, the provinces under extreme risk are: Abancay (Apurimac region); Caylloma (Arequipa region); Huaraz and Casma (Ancash region); Huamanga, Cangallo, and La Mar (Ayacucho region); as well as Cajamarca and Cajabamba (Cajamarca region).
