Franciscos north beach, a rain falling there, as well. Even fur not in the north bay expect to encounter rain and wet conditions all over the bay area. It is also fun to look at video, how long have we been waiting for the rain and it is here . A lot to adjust to this morning. Not only do you have to work on getting all of the clocks set back an hour, but you have to ajust to a major weather change, grab the rain gear this morning, it is wet.
