Bratton became emotional, talking about officers wenjin liu and raphael ramos. He says the two were in their patrol car on a Street Corner in Bedford Stuyvesant when 28 yearold Ismaaiyl Brinsley approached their vehicle. He took a shooting stance on the passenger side and fired the weapon, his weapon several times through the front passenger window, striking both officers in the head.
