the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on the markets; the importance of a modernized capital markets regulatory framework; and the Cooperative Capital Markets System ("CCMR") initiative. Much has changed in capital markets in the last seventeen years. Ontario's securities regulatory framework, however, has not been comprehensively reviewed – until now.
