We have crews driving through the region as the snow fell and for the most part it didnt stick to the roadways, only the grassy areas. My husband and I are heading down on the 30th and looking for a place for dinner that night. Any locals have recommendations? We'd love to avoid chains or anything glitzy or super expensive. I love local and ethnic places. We're staying near Surfside and Bal Harbour but wouldn't mind going down to South Beach. Thanks, I'm sure others would welcome some thoughts as well.
