Morning. Most of the fires were near park street. The flames set in dumpsters, cars and trash piles. One building was red tagged. Another was a restaurant about to have its grand opening. I am stunned that anybody could do this to us or anybody else. I dont know what they, you know, how or what they get out of this devastation they cause people. No word yet on what motivated the two men facing charges in the fires. Police say gutierrez is a transient.
