There was a search here at watkins Regional Park yesterday when a body was found in the area of the park that had been searched before. No positive identify indication yet but they believe it may be the body of liuben phipps. He had come here with a group from the assisted living facility. He apparently ask god to the bathroom and was never seen again. There was a search, signs went up with a phone number to call. Yesterday they did come up with a body found in a soybean field. Th...
