Of foreign aid is set to clear a final hurdle here in washington as the us senate is set to vote to advance long delayed assistance for american allies. This is a live look at the floor of the us senate as they prepare to vote. President biden says hell sign the bill into law as soon as it reaches his desk. The final passage of the aid package is expected in the next few hours.
